The Art of Knowing:
A Workshop for Men and Women is designed to
support participants to deepen trust in their
process of receiving subtle information and
to deepen discernment in their perception of
this information. This one-day seminar focuses
on the question:
How do you
know what you know?
I weave movement, experiential
exercises, lecture and discussion to open women’s
understanding of the world of energy healing.
I am dedicated to show participants how to slow
down the flood of input and to utilize their
knowing.
The skills of energy healing and self-tracking
are taught to strengthen intuition and to bring
greater consciousness to unique ways of perceiving
subtle, non-verbal information. Guided exercises
help each participant identify her visual, auditory,
kinesthetic and symbolic sensing abilities.
The work supports participants to value subtle
information, inspire curiosity, deepen self-trust,
and learn how to use intuition to improve relationships.
